When will my order ship?
Each head wrap order is made once you place an order. Our current turnaround time is 7-14business days.
BUSINESS DAYS does NOT include weekends & holidays.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Days for delivery will vary depending on your location, this delivery time is not included in production turnaround.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please be sure your address is correct BEFORE completing an order at checkout.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow returns or exchanges. Make sure you measure your child’s head correctly & order according to the sizing guidelines. Most of our listings come in limited quantities.
